Now Hiring - Inside Sales Representative & Yard Forklift Operator in Longville, MN

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Candidate will also work outside at times in the yard loading and unloading trucks with a forklift along with maintaining a well organized yard. Best of both worlds - outside some and inside some. This will be a year round full time position. During the summer there will be some limited overtime. Wanting to have position filled by middle of March.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
• Maintain a clean and organized yard
• Unload and load inbound freight and customer utilizing a forklift and loader
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Team with other sales office to ensure customers are being served

• Proven inside sales experience
• Self starter and ability to stay on task
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Physically able to lift and work outside frequently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
